Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

European Union Customers:
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. In such cases, the item must be returned in its original condition.
